Shipping policy
Turn Around Time (TAT):
All shirts are made to order and have a TAT of 7-10 business days, unless different time frame is listed on our site. We do carry certain colors in a range of sizes to put any in-stock screen prints on for a 48 hour turn-around time (Sundays are not included).
Shipping/Tracking: Our preferred carrier is USPS and will be shipped in poly mailers. Each order will receive a tracking number once shipped. This will be emailed to the email address that placed the order. Be sure to check spam/junk folders. We highly suggest creating an account with us so you may be able to check on your order status by logging in. We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages.
Damages: If you received damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours via email at contact.crazyhouse@gmail.com. We highly recommend selecting Route Shipping Insurance when checking out. This will protect your investment and they will take care of all of your claims directly.
Route: Route Shipping Insurance is a 3rd party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customer shipments in case of lost, stolen or damaged. To guarantee coverage, you are given the option to add the insurance during checkout.
All Sales Are Final: Please be advised that all sales are considered final. Should there be an issue with your items (defective or missing, etc) please contact us within 3 business days of receiving them at Contact.CrazyHouse@gmail.com.
